Seniors Home Repair Program

Need help for repairs to the roof, furnace, doors or windows? As a senior, if your combined family income is less than $50,000 per year, you may be eligible for up to a $4,000 grant to help with home repairs. 

Seniors Independence Initiative

Get financial help for practical services such as lawn mowing or snow removal that make it easier for you to remain in your own home.

Seniors Safe at Home Program

Living in your own home requires safety precautions. Installation of aids such as grab bars, a shower stall and handrails can be helpful. As a senior, you could get up to $10,000 to make changes to improve the accessibility of your home. Funding is based on your annual income.
